Job Description
We are a rapidly growing real estate development and construction firm specializing in self-storage and flex industrial facilities nationwide. Our team manages the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition and entitlements through construction and project delivery—bringing a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every project. We are committed to delivering high-quality, institutional-grade assets while fostering strong, long-term partnerships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to support our development and construction teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on track by managing day-to-day coordination, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across all parties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across multiple development and construction projects Assist with project scheduling, including coordinating and scheduling subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines Coordinate meetings, site visits, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners Track budgets, contracts, invoices, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Support bid solicitation efforts and assist in subcontractor and vendor coordination Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes Maintain well-organized project files, drawings, and correspondence Serve as a point of communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Manage permitting, entitlement, and compliance processes, including coordinating submissions and following up with municipalities and consultants to keep projects moving forward Qualifications Background in construction, design, or real estate development is required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Business, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or real estate development (self-storage or industrial experience a plus) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with project management software is a plus Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for growth within a fast-paced, expanding company Collaborative, team-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset Exposure to all phases of the real estate development and construction process What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for growth within a fast-paced, expanding company Collaborative, team-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset Exposure to all phases of the real estate development and construction process
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
