RentAnAC is hiring a Lead Installation Technician → Project Manager (growth track) to lead installation crews on our residential, university, and commercial property projects. We install window AC units, package window heat pumps, and other appliances that help reduce carbon footprints for residential homes, major universities, and property management companies. This is steady, physical, team-based work — and as Field Foreman, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for keeping crews safe, on schedule, and delivering the quality work our clients trust Prior installation or crew leadership experience required. We provide additional training, a company vehicle, and all tools.

What You'll Do Lead a crew through daily installs of window AC units and window heat pumps (30-150 lbs), including loading, delivery, install, and removal Assign tasks, set the pace, and keep the crew on schedule throughout the day Serve as the main point of contact on-site for clients, property managers, and general contractors Review completed work for quality and safety before job sign-off Track job progress, flag delays or site issues, and report status back to the office/ops team Train and mentor newer installers on technique, safety, and customer service Ensure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to company standards using power tools Represent the company professionally as the face of the crew on-site What We're Looking For Prior experience leading a crew or team in installation, construction, or a related trade Strong communicator — comfortable speaking directly with clients, property managers, and GCs, and escalating issues to ops when needed Reliable, on time, and able to hold a crew accountable to the same standard Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and setting the pace for a team Able to read a schedule, prioritize tasks, and adjust on the fly when site conditions change Comfortable using basic technology to log jobs and communicate with the office (iPhone or Android) Handy, detail-oriented, and confident troubleshooting install issues on-site Bilingual a plus (English & Spanish) Physical and mental stamina to lead a team through long, active days up to 10 hours Valid driver's license with the ability to safely drive and navigate company vehicles (including box trucks) in congested city traffic Strong commitment to a 5-star, face-to-face customer experience — and to holding the crew to that same standard Forklift and safety training certifications a plus Future Opportunities RentAnAC & ENVR Air are growing companies.
