Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Project Manager (NJ) to join their team. As a Project Manager (NJ), you will be part of the project management department supporting multiple business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$65 What's the Job? Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple departments and business units. Lead project governance activities including toll gates, approvals, and stage gates. Coordinate with risk and compliance teams to ensure project adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee scope, budget, and timeline management to ensure successful project completion. Work on AI projects supporting Salesforce CRM applications across various lines of business. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial industry. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
