We use a combination of industry experience, professional training, and technology to serve our clients throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. We're looking for a Project Manager / Supervisor to help with project coordination and daily operations. Responsibilities Manage elevator modernization, new construction, and repair projects. Create project schedules and track job progress. Keep up to date records of work schedules, contracts, and equipment. Direct field supervisory responsibilities. Coordinate with field teams for purchase of project materials and equipment from various vendors. Assist with modernization equipment selection. Prepare project permits and coordinate development of drawings and technical documents. Prepare project equipment technical submittals and review with the project architect. Develop project estimates and change order documents. Attend job site status meetings and review on site completed work. Qualifications At least 6 years experience in a Project Management or Supervisor role is preferred. Degree in engineering or other technical discipline considered in lieu of experience. Experience with AutoCad is preferred. Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate with subcontractors. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Dropbox. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good problem solver, communicator, and self-starter. Must be self-disciplined and organized. Knowledge of the elevator industry is required.
