New Jersey, US As a Tech Project Manager, you will:
Project Leadership & Delivery:
Lead cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, healthcare SMEs, QA, DevOps) to deliver AI solutions for Pend Code automation Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budges Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders AI Solution Implementation Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Agentic AI-based workflows. Oversee implementation of autonomous agents to review, interpret, and resolve Pend Codes in healthcare claims. (e.g., coding errors, missing documentation) Coordinate integration with existing claim adjudication systems and
EHRs Healthcare Domain Expertise:
Leverage domain knowledge to ensure AI systems align with payer rules, CMS guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and medical coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) Work with healthcare operations teams to map Pend Code categories and identify automation opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business users, and third party vendors Conduct workshops, demos, and training for stakeholders to drive adoption of AI Solutions Prepare and Publish Weekly Status reports. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate project and technical risks, particularly related to AI decisioning and auditability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance standards Candidate must have skills: 7+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years implementing AI/ML solutions. Strong knowledge of healthcare claims lifecycle, Pend Codes, and claim adjudication processes. Experience with Agentic AI systems (e.g., multi-agent frameworks, autonomous task orchestration, LLM-driven tools). Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar. Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling and integration with healthcare IT systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, Epic Tapestry). Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification. Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Working knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and other interoperability standards. Prior experience deploying AI solutions in payer or revenue cycle environments Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range:
$ 87,500 - 102,500 Per Year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
