Job Description
Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing ongoing cosmetic manufacturing projects and customer reorders from purchase order through production and final shipment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution, effective communication, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction Roles and Responsibilities Manage customer orders from purchase order initiation through production and shipment of finished goods. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, production schedules, delivery timelines, and related issues. Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Shipping, and other internal teams to support order execution and resolve issues. Create and maintain key product and order documentation, including part numbers, BOMs, purchase orders, and sales orders. Manage product lifecycle updates, including artwork changes, packaging phase-outs, and material liabilities. Monitor inventory, production schedules, forecasts, and order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate shipping and delivery requests with customers, internal teams, and third-party logistics providers. Support resolution of order delays, cancellations, payment issues, and other customer-related concerns. Requirements 3-5 years of Project Management Experience Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of SAP functions preferred, but not required.
