Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to guide the vision, structure, and execution of brand identity programs for high-profile campaigns and strategic initiatives in New Jersey. This long-term contract position calls for a creative leader who can connect business goals with compelling visual direction while maintaining consistency across every brand touchpoint. The role works closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to shape scalable identity systems and ensure high-quality delivery from planning through launch.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the creation and evolution of visual identity frameworks for major campaigns, events, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Turn business priorities into clear creative direction by partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams on briefs, plans, and rollout strategies.
  • Build and maintain brand standards that define logo application, typography, color usage, imagery, and graphic system rules across channels.
  • Lead review cycles and approval processes, consolidating feedback into actionable guidance that keeps projects moving efficiently.
  • Establish governance practices for documentation, workflow management, file organization, and version control to support brand consistency.
  • Drive adoption of brand guidelines by equipping internal stakeholders and external partners with practical tools and accessible resources.
  • Oversee digital asset libraries and brand resource platforms to ensure materials remain organized, current, and easy to use.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, production vendors, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple active creative programs.
  • Anticipate project risks, remove obstacles, and refine operating processes to improve execution quality and stakeholder experience.
  • Uphold a high standard of design excellence across all visual communications and branded expressions.
