Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of creative asset delivery for major sports properties, tentpole events, postseason competition, and community-focused programs in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can keep complex projects moving across multiple teams while maintaining quality, brand alignment, and deadline discipline. The role requires strong coordination across internal partners, external agencies, vendors, and event stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative projects from initial request through production, review, approval, distribution, and final delivery across a range of high-visibility sports initiatives.
  • Build and manage detailed schedules, workflows, and milestone tracking to keep asset development on pace and aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams, design groups, agencies, suppliers, venue contacts, and broadcast-related stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee file accuracy, version management, and brand adherence so all materials meet quality and compliance expectations before release.
  • Maintain organized project records, status updates, and reporting that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Apply AI-enabled solutions and other emerging technologies to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve team efficiency.
  • Support live event needs by coordinating fast-turn revisions and last-minute asset updates when timing is critical.
