Key Responsibilities:

Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow. Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information. Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays. Build rapports with Brand MAs. Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems. Support entire team with other projects.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
