We build and improve properties from the outside in — specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and exterior construction on residential projects, with an expanding portfolio of light commercial fit-outs and rehabs. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help drive our jobs from contract to completion. The Role As our Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day field coordination of residential construction and light commercial projects. You'll manage the moving pieces — crews, subs, materials, schedules, and client communication — from pre-construction kickoff through final walkthrough. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who's comfortable on a job site and sharp enough to stay ahead of problems before they happen. What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple active construction projects simultaneously — residential and light commercial
• Project types include exterior construction (roofing, siding, windows), framing, additions, light commercial fit-outs, and full rehabs
• Build and manage project schedules, coordinating crews, trade partners, and material deliveries to keep jobs on track
• Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs to confirm scope, set timelines, and align client expectations before work begins
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build — providing regular updates, managing change orders, and walking completed work at closeout
• Partner with the sales and office team to ensure contracts, job details, and production handoffs are accurate and complete
• Identify and get ahead of field issues — material delays, scope gaps, crew conflicts — before they affect the schedule or the client
• Maintain thorough job documentation and photo progress logs using CompanyCam
• Monitor job costs against budget and flag variances or scope changes in real time What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in residential or light commercial construction — field experience required
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and job site operations
• Experience coordinating framing, exterior scopes, additions, or commercial tenant work is a strong plus
• Confident communicator who can hold their own with crews in the field and represent the company professionally with clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active jobs without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with job management platforms and mobile tools (we use Jobber and CompanyCam)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — you'll be moving between job sites regularly Compensation & Benefits
