Job Description Job Description Well established NJ electrical contractor seeks Assistant Electrical Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from start to finish. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Support the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Help ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Assist in conducting site visits, inspections, and project progress meetings. Track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting. Communicate project status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Support the preparation of close-out documents and as-built drawings. Maintain project files, logs, and records for accuracy and audit compliance. Salary up to $120k including medical/dental/401k
