This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Coordinate and manage resources, including staff and contractors, to optimise performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to maintain quality standards. Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations for senior management. Requirements Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or lumber industry. Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage. Nice to have Experience with budgeting and financial management. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
