Project Manager - Fiber Construction Operations Albuquerque, New Mexico Ezee Fiber Market ARE Telecommunications is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Fiber Construction Operations supporting the Ezee Fiber market in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position will be responsible for managing daily operations involving aerial fiber construction crews, including drilling, pulling, and splicing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience managing field crews, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for aerial fiber construction crews Manage drilling, pulling, and splicing project workflows Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget expectations Coordinate with field leadership, contractors, and management teams Monitor production, quality control, and safety compliance Assist with manpower planning and operational organization Maintain communication with leadership regarding project progress and challenges Support efficient material usage and operational execution Requirements Previous fiber construction or telecommunications project management experience preferred Experience with aerial fiber construction strongly preferred Knowledge of drilling, pulling, and fiber splicing operations Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple crews and ongoing projects simultaneously Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits W2 Position Company vehicle provided OR truck allowance available Gas card provided Company credit card provided Competitive compensation based on experience ARE Telecommunications is looking for motivated leadership capable of helping maintain operational excellence while supporting continued growth within the Ezee Fiber market.
