GMS is looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mining projects from planning through completion. This position is based out of Carlsbad, New Mexico. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mining operations, project management, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, team leadership, and a current MSHA. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality, MSHA compliance, and operational performance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication and problem solving skills who can coordinate personnel, contractors, equipment, and resources to achieve project objectives.
