Project Manager

Xtreme Cubes in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team!

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of multiple projects involving modular, prefabricated buildings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage, coordinate, and administer multiple projects involving structural fabrication. Utilize structural, architectural and shop drawings. Develop project schedules and progress reports. Communicate with production managers, project engineers and detailers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Five (5) years of project management experience. Construction and structural steel experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Above average computer skills. Must be able to develop schedules and progress reports. Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and shop drawings. Bluebeam knowledge required. Experience with steel detailing software and AutoCAD would be a plus but not required. Able to communicate and advise detailers for shop drawings. Able to manage multiple projects at one time. Must be able to travel to job sites for meetings and obtain field measurements. Must be able to communicate with production manager and project engineers. Ability to write RFI, submittals and document control. College degree - Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

For Full-Time employees, expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends if necessary. Reliably commute to Henderson, Nevada, or planning to relocate to local area before starting work. Comply with the brand and hygiene policies.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
