The Field Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscaping projects, from managing jobs to ordering materials and providing administrative support in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule and execute project tasks efficiently. Order materials and supplies as needed for each project, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation of contracts and proposals for installers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support sales representatives by performing walkthroughs of job sites with clients and providing expertise on landscaping options and solutions.
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, budget, and any potential issues or delays.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide guidance to field staff as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (not required), Horticulture(not required), Business Administration (not required), or related field (preferred).Proven experience in project management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):

Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of landscaping projects.
