PROJECT COORDINATOR
Engineering & Construction Services We are seeking organized and proactive Project Coordinators to support engineering, inspection, and construction materials testing operations. This role assists with scheduling, reporting coordination, documentation management, and communication between field and office teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering and construction environment. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project documentation, reports, and scheduling activities
  • Support project managers and engineers with administrative and operational tasks
  • Track inspections, testing reports, and project deliverables
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical project records
  • Coordinate communication between field staff, clients, and management
  • Assist with proposal preparation, project tracking, and invoicing support as needed Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or consulting environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this position will be determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to full-time employees. Employees are eligible for medical benefits after sixty (60) days of employment, effective on the first of the month following eligibility requirements based on date of hire. The company currently provides 100% paid employee medical coverage. Dependent premium costs are the responsibility of the employee. Additional tools and resources necessary to perform the role will be provided.
