Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation including preparing beverages and arranging food items. Position Overview:

Work with other bakery staff to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation including preparing beverages and arranging food items.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave. Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products.
• Responsible for following cleaning schedules of all areas of the store including storage areas
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Ensure that kitchen runs in accordance with all applicable health, safety and hygiene codes and standards.
• Attendance - Show up for all scheduled shifts and make sure your shifts are covered if you cannot make it
• Follow all instruction by manager or shift lead Requirements for the position: Immaculate personal presentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Embody and exhibit the Company's Guiding Principles Maintain a humble attitude for personal development and growth Confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment. Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise, and temperature levels Move and lift 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift 50 pounds. Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the store, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.
