This role manages multiple projects across various client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

102k - 105k Annually Essential Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of security technology projects, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across different client accounts, ensuring priorities are effectively managed Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and shifting priorities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and overall satisfaction Ensure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across all project activities and documentation Adapt quickly to changing project needs and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership and clients Travel as required, including potential international travel Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 5-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in security solutions or related industries Experience managing physical security or security technology projects (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, etc.) Strong project management, organization and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple projects across different client accounts simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors and clients Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced project environment Willingness to travel as required, including potential international travel Physical Requirements & Work Environment PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, A.S. or similar in technology field, or similar experience.
