Since 1987, we have delivered comprehensive industrial hygiene and hazardous material services across public and private sectors, supported by a team of experienced professionals including engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and certified specialists. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients, project teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Your strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members via phone and email Assist with data entry and manage project-related records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Bill Quick (BQE) Support office management tasks handling front desk responsibilities and phones as needed along with scanning documents and filing Proofread reports and correspondence for accuracy and clarity Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Experience Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and document proofreading Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Strong phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your project coordination skills while contributing to impactful environmental solutions in a fast paced office environment
