Job Description Assist Project Managers with daily project administration Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Track budgets, invoices, and project costs Help prepare change orders and contract documents Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes Support scheduling and procurement activities Assist with project closeout and punch-list completion Work closely with field operations teams Maintain project logs and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager should have: 1-5 years of construction experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Desire to grow into a Project Manager role Strong attention to detail What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 USD.
