Job Description
Job Summary Crown Data Systems is seeking an Implementation Lead. Crown Data Systems makes software trucking companies use to run their businesses. The Implementation Lead gets new customers set up on Crown's software and trains the customer's users. Crown Data Systems has been providing the transportation industry with leading-edge software and support solutions since 1999. Responsibilities Learn Crown's systems, who Crown's customers are, and what Crown does to help those customers. Manage new customer implementations. Set up new customers' systems. Train new customers to learn to use the systems they have purchased. Help document user processes. Coordinate with Sales group about progress, challenges, and customer needs. Skills Be at ease working directly with customers of all levels of sophistication. Project management skills. Writing skills. Collaborative. Desireable Skills Familiarity with trucking and logistics industries. Familiarity with transportation management software. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments.
