Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
Identify and appropriately either self-assign or assign to crew new repair opportunities. Provide a detailed inspection and estimate to homeowners for new repair work. Follow-up and close repair opportunities. Identify larger opportunities for full replacement projects and refer to sales department. Procure materials, manage crews, oversee project completion, support field operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership- Coordinates, crew members, and materials to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines.
- Manages and tracks project budgets, including material costs, labor expenses, and other project-related expenditures.
- Oversees the preparation of project schedules, allocates resources, and tracks project progress using project management software and tools.
- Sets expectations for project instructions and commitments to customers.
- Manage internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Sources and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.
- Manages ensuring the resolve of worksite problems or scheduling issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably roofing, siding and general residential construction.
- 1-2 years of leadership and project management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain detailed payment tracking.
