Established more than 30 years ago, the organization has built a substantial national footprint and today owns and operates approximately 85 million square feet of industrial real estate across 27 states . Following another record year of growth, the business continues to invest heavily in the acquisition, redevelopment and modernization of large-scale industrial and infrastructure assets across the United States. This position offers the opportunity to join that growth at a 130-acre, approximately 30-building campus supporting industrial, advanced manufacturing, R&D and technology occupiers. The Opportunity As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of capital improvement and infrastructure projects across a large, live operating campus. Rather than being tied to one construction project, you will work across buildings, infrastructure and utility systems, managing projects from early planning and design through construction, commissioning and completion.

Projects may include:

Campus infrastructure and building upgrades Central utility plant-related projects Steam, chilled-water and compressed-air systems Mechanical and electrical upgrades Tenant and operational capital improvements Long-term campus development and master planning What You'll Be Doing Lead capital and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and project delivery plans. Manage contractors, consultants and vendors, including bidding, negotiation and performance. Coordinate with engineering, facilities, operations and tenant stakeholders. Manage project cost, schedule, risk, quality and reporting. Support projects associated with the campus central utility plant and wider infrastructure. Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Contribute to long-term infrastructure and campus development planning. What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced project professional who has delivered capital projects within complex operational environments such as: Industrial or manufacturing facilities Large corporate or technology campuses Utilities and energy infrastructure Pharmaceutical or life-sciences facilities Higher education or healthcare campuses Mission-critical environments Ideally, you will bring: 7+ years of project management experience across facilities, industrial infrastructure, utilities or capital projects. Experience delivering projects within live operational environments. Strong contractor and vendor management experience. Good budgeting, scheduling, procurement and stakeholder-management capability. Experience working alongside engineering, facilities and operations teams. Exposure to central utility systems such as steam, chilled water and compressed air is highly desirable. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. PMP or equivalent project-management certification is advantageous. Why Join?
