Fairport, New York job type: Contract salary: $45.92 - 64.29 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead cross-functional technical teams and engage with customers to define, execute, and manage the scope of programs from initiation through delivery.

Develop and execute overall program plans, closely managing project schedules, budgets, and resources using standard project management tools.

Create compelling business cases and value propositions, identifying commercial, technical, and manufacturing levers to improve program outcomes.

Continuously monitor for changes in customer requirements, evaluating their impact on program strategy, business models, and predicted risk levels.

Oversee product testing to validate the initial value proposition, ensure manufacturing requirements are met, and protect intellectual property.
