Job Description:

Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across development and commercialization projects. Support preparation of project dashboards, status reports, and governance presentations. Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and risk logs. Support development of project plans, Gantt charts, and resource tracking tools. Assist in monitoring regulatory submission timelines and project documentation. Conduct market or technical research to support project strategy. Help maintain project documentation within internal systems and shared platforms.

Requirements :

Applicants must have a bachelor/master's degree in project management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business and Science Experience in using Project Management tools like MS projects Pharmaceutical Manufacturing background is preferred.

Timings :

Onsite work of 40 hours per week: 9am-5pm.

Duration:

3 to 6 months with possible extension
