Residential Designer / Drafting & Project Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a design, drafting, and project coordination role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and technical work and wants to be involved in projects from initial concept through completion. This role is open to candidates with experience as well as those just starting out
  • recent graduates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
You will play a key role in designing projects, developing plans and models, working with clients, and helping coordinate projects alongside our field crews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with project design, layout, and development
  • Create drawings and 3D models for residential projects
  • Prepare project estimates and material takeoffs
  • Support client meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate project details between office and field crews
  • Help manage project flow from design through construction
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience and/or education in residential design, drafting, or construction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills (both client-facing and internal)
  • Positive attitude, honesty, and dependability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic relevant computer proficiency (CAD or design software experience is a plus)
  • Professional attitude
