Perrotta Solutions Inc. is a security construction services company focused on the design, engineering and installation of advanced protective solutions that seamlessly integrate into corporate, educational, and government environments without disrupting function or aesthetics. Security solutions include bullet-resistant glass, retrofits and new installation, lock hardware, saferoom build outs, hard armor, blast mitigation film, body armor and more.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to hit the ground running to manage multiple current and future projects and support highly confidential clients. This individual should be a self-starter interested in making a large impact at a rapidly growing company with a high sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Perrotta Solutions internal stakeholders, installers, sub-contractors and clients to provide exceptional oversight from initial interest to final execution on all assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for documenting completed work quality as well as providing project timelines, communicating consistently and eager to find solutions to problems that may arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct on-site measurements, quoting and project proposals to prospective clients Staff scheduling, material ordering and inventory management for assigned projects On-site presence, inspection and oversight of Perrotta Solutions projects (likely to include night and weekend work) for quality control and seamless execution Management of associated on-site staff and subcontractors, as applicable to assigned projects Serve as main point of contact for communication to assigned clients, and between client and internal team Production of project timelines and completion of necessary paperwork pertaining to assigned projects (security procedures, parking coordination, safety and insurance documentation, etc...) Job tasks will not be limited to the above and may evolve over time

COMPETENCIES

Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Successful at problem solving; bringing solutions to the table and not just problems Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities Enthusiastic to take initiative with a high sense of urgency Ability to work alongside installers as both a leader and support, as needed Strong communication skills with high professionalism and confidentiality Requires ability to sit or stand for long periods of time; ability to lift ~40lbs as needed Experience with construction, engineering, business or similar is a plus

COMPENSATION

Base salary range: $85,000 - $105,000/year - does not include yearly raises and annual bonus Medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k available Weekly payroll and paid travel (lodging, transportation and other) Paid-Time Off
