We are seeking an experienced and reliable Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential renovation projects from planning through completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with NYC building codes Monitor job site progress and resolve issues proactively Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Order materials and manage deliveries Conduct site visits and inspections regularly

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction or renovation Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and NYC regulations Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and leadership abilities Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficiency in project management software is a plus

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
