Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the Construction Team with daily operations on-site. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers to facilitate effective project management. Oversee the delivery of raw materials and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Ensure timely payment to subcontractors at key project milestones in coordination with the CFO Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all project phases. Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial success. Ensure that on-site conditions align with project plans and promptly report any deviations to the Construction Director. Monitor project scope and any changes or additions to it and manage change orders as necessary. Work closely with clients and owner's representatives to exchange information, get approvals, and meet all project requirements. Develop and implement job site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Purchase raw materials, equipment, and hire subcontractors as necessary to complete the project

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a construction coordination or APM role. Experience in Construction trades or a related field. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. OSHA 30 Certification (We are willing to provide training for qualified applicants who do not have this certification). Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Construction managment degree preferred.
