Restoration/Mitigation AND Reconstruction Project Management + XactimateCompany OverviewWe provide 24/7 restoration, cleaning and reconstruction services throughout New York and New Jersey. We handle residential, commercial and Large Loss projects in one of the most complex restoration environments in the country.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead disaster restoration and insurance reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate water mitigation and restoration efforts, produce accurate estimates using Xactimate, manage crews and subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple restoration and insurance reconstruction projects simultaneously.
Perform on-site assessments for water mitigation and other types of losses.
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and scopes of work using Xactimate and maintain supporting documentation for insurance claims.
Assign, schedule, and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
Serve as the main client and insurance adjuster contact.
Ensure all work meets applicable building codes, industry standards, and company procedures.
Maintain thorough project documentation.
QualificationsProven experience in both mitigation and reconstruction.
Proficiency in Xactimate.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to job sites as required.
IICRC certification is preferred.
