Position Summary The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Account Management team, helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders. This role assists with customer communications, proposal coordination, CRM management, lead distribution, and project documentation while supporting the day-to-day activities of multiple Account Managers. Working alongside experienced Account Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Designers, the Account Coordinator will gain valuable exposure to Gilbert's clients, products, processes, and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide administrative support to multiple Account Managers. Prepare and organize customer correspondence and project documentation. Assist with proposals, presentations, and client deliverables. Coordinate internal and external meetings. Maintain organized electronic customer and project files. CRM Management Enter and maintain customer information within Salesforce. Receive, assign, and track incoming sales leads. Update opportunity status and customer activity. Generate CRM reports and dashboards as requested. Ensure customer information remains accurate and current. Sales Coordination Assist Account Managers with Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Estimates (RFEs), and Requests for Design (RFDs). Coordinate internal requests with Estimating, Design, Engineering, and Project Management. Track proposal deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items. Help ensure timely customer responses. Cross-Functional Support Communicate with Project Managers, Estimators, Designers, and Production teams to gather project information. Support the transition of awarded projects from sales to project management. Assist in preparing project kickoff documentation. Help maintain consistency in customer communications. Professional Development Learn Gilbert's products, manufacturing processes, and service offerings. Develop an understanding of architectural drawings, project documentation, and estimating processes. Participate in customer meetings as appropriate. Build the skills necessary for future advancement into Account Management or Client Solutions roles. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, project coordination, or administrative support. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Pay:
$57,379.44 - $68,284.91 per year
