$110,000 to $120,000 annually Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission-critical power system projects from order entry through commissioning and final closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex electrical power solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage all technical and commercial aspects of projects from order entry through final acceptance. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and profitability targets while coordinating engineering, service, purchasing, and sales teams. Oversee project documentation, testing, commissioning activities, logistics, and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). 3-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems, with 3-5 years of project management experience overseeing technical projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling software), and experience reviewing technical documents, contracts, and commissioning procedures. Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling, and customer relationship management skills; PMP/PMI and OSHA certifications preferred.
