$76,000.00-$95,000.00 Job Summary The Project Manager develops and oversees the operational aspects and scope of projects across multiple departments/disciplines. Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Leads initiatives, monitors project progress, prepares data and presentations. The position will provide administrative and logistical support to the Senior Leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage multiple projects, monitor progress and deadlines Maintain documentation relevant to projects and initiatives Prepare and analyze data, PPT presentations and reports Communicate progress of all projects to the executive team and key stakeholders Manage administrative and logistical support in the facilitation of hospital initiatives Coordinate and organize the preparation for regulatory agency surveys.
Required Background and Education:
Bachelors Degree Required. Master's Degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience with at least two being in a similar project coordinator position Excellent Computer MS Office Data Base Skills Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
