This position is responsible for coordinating assigned projects, maintaining project timelines and documentation, facilitating communication among departments and external partners, tracking deliverables, and assisting with the implementation of operational, regulatory, strategic, and campus improvement initiatives. The Project Specialist works collaboratively with department leaders and staff across the organization and serves as a central point of coordination for projects assigned by the Executive Director. Coordinate projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive Director Support the Executive Director in implementing organizational priorities and strategic initiatives Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the Executive Director as requested. Assist departments with the coordination and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. Coordinate interdisciplinary meetings related to assigned projects Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure assigned projects are completed timely Prepare agendas, meeting materials and action-item summaries Assist with communication to staff, residents, families, vendors, and other stakeholders when appropriate Assist with tracking project expenditures and budget information Serve as an administrative point of contact for vendors, consultants, and external partners involved in assigned projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field preferred Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements Experience 3+ years' experience in healthcare administration is preferred
Compensation:
$23.31 - $29.13
