• Full-time We are a busy, established restoration and mitigation contractor seeking a full-time Crew Chief/Driver, Project Manager and General Manager to support our restoration and mitigation teams in the field.

They will join a dynamic, team-driven environment with a positive workplace culture. In these positions, you will be expected to assist our Project Manager in the field, with job sites throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Westchester and Nassau Counties. Typical site assignments will consist of fire, water, and/or smoke remediation, water extraction, demo, pack outs, and more. The Crew Chief/Driver will work with our Project Manager in the field, be able to drive heavy/large vehicles, manage teams to facilitate services in damaged properties. The General Manager has a responsibility to lead multiple teams/depts, and assist our General Manager in daily operations. General Manager must have experience with Xactimate software. Experience in restoration and mitigation not required for role as Crew Chief/Driver Experience in remodeling/renovation or related fields and supervisory or team-leader experience a plus. However, no experience is required, we will train the right candidate. Entry level considered as well. Project Manager and General Manager roles: experience highly recommended!

Responsibilities:

Assists Project Manager as needed Coordinate with home office Ensure work progresses as scheduled Coordinate crew equipment and supply requirements Provide regular progress updates Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors Ensure compliance with industry-standard safety policies and procedures Travel within greater NYC/Westchester/Western Long Island service area Able to drive to locations as needed

Skills:

Punctual, timely, and reliable Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must possess CLEAN, valid driver's license Strong communication skills
