The company sells, installs, and maintains all flooring types across 28 states and is among the 10 largest flooring providers in the United States. Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Rochelle, NY. This role oversees flooring projects from initial planning through completion, coordinating schedules, materials, and labor to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and manage expectations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, conducting site visits and inspections, tracking logistics and expediting orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves proactively identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and customer service. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Expediting capabilities to move materials and tasks through the workflow efficiently. Inspection and quality control skills. Logistics Management experience to handle materials, deliveries, and coordination with suppliers and installers. Experience in construction, flooring, or related trades. Strong organizational and time management abilities; and proficiency with project management software and basic office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work on-site and in the field, and a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Strong computer skills needed, specifically with Microsoft 365.
