Growth opportunity Strong project pipeline About Our Client The client is a design- build firm specializing in commercial, retail, hospitality, and architectural millwork projects. Job Description Manage millwork heavy commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution. Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and expectations effectively. The Successful Applicant A successful Millwork Project Manager should have: Experience managing commercial construction or millwork heavy projects in the construction industry. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
