Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from site assessment through final walkthrough and payment collection Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, labor schedules, equipment, permits, dumpsters, portable toilets, and job timelines Perform site visits, inspections, pre-final walkthroughs, and final walkthroughs with clients Verify material orders, confirm deliveries, manage returns, and help reduce waste or unnecessary material runs Review contracts, work orders, change orders, budgets, photos, measurements, and project details before production begins Ensure crews are on site as scheduled and following company standards, manufacturer specifications, and OSHA safety requirements Serve as the client's main point of contact during production, providing clear updates and resolving concerns quickly Create change orders for additional materials, upgrades, repairs, or services and obtain client approval when needed Track project progress, job stages, notes, costs, and documentation in the CRM Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs to help protect project profitability Collect progress payments, final payments, financing completion documents, Certificates of Completion, and warranty information Identify production issues, communication gaps, or process failures and help create better systems and SOPs Participate in production meetings, training, and process improvement efforts Qualifications 3+ years of project management, production management, or construction operations experience preferred Roofing, siding, Windows and Door installations, exterior remodeling, or home improvement experience strongly preferred Field project management experience preferred Ability to manage projects autonomously from start to finish Strong organization, communication, and client service skills Comfortable managing crews, schedules, materials, budgets, and project documentation Process-driven mindset with the ability to improve systems and enforce SOPs Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of accountability Proficiency with computers, tablets, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based project management tools Manufacturer training or roofing system certifications are a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Pay and Benefits W-2 Employment Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Salary:
$75,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, including available bonuses
