Roofing Project Site Coordinator

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Exterior Home Improvement team as Entry-Level Project Supervisors. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in construction , project coordination , and leadership . No prior construction experience is required —we provide full training from the ground up in our systems, processes, and industry. You'll gain hands-on experience in job site coordination , customer communication , and team support . Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on active job sites Communicate project progress and updates with homeowners Assist with material coordination and delivery scheduling Track job progress using company systems (training provided) Collect customer payments and support overall project completion Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience (customer service, retail, labor, or similar) No construction experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills (customer-facing role) Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to learn and take direction Valid driver's license (required) Bilingual skills are a plus Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree preferred (not required) Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Combination of field and administrative work Schedule & Work Environment Full-time (45-50 hours per week) Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays Typical hours between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Consistent overtime available Compensation & Benefits Entry-level compensation with overtime eligibility •Plus bonus structure• Paid training and ongoing skill development Clear advancement paths into project management, sales, or leadership roles Full benefits package includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life insurance Health savings account Employee discounts Referral program Professional development assistance
