Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join Fortec United States that manufactures and designs electronic components, particularly advanced LCD display solutions. In this vital role, you will be involved in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring seamless communication among departments and the successful execution of project orders. Your attention to details and the use of ERP and CRM software will drive efficiency and help deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to complex projects across displays, embedded computers and power supplies, supporting teams from inception through completion. Duties Coordinate production schedules and customer orders using ERP/CRM systems, ensuring all phases align with timelines and budgets. Assist in preparing detailed project cost estimates and resource plans , leveraging knowledge of electronic components, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and technical specifications. Manage project documentation including contracts, BOMs, schematics, and change orders , maintaining accuracy and accessibility for all team members. Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure clarity on project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor manufacturing and assembly activities to verify adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Support project scheduling efforts by updating timelines regularly, identifying potential delays early, and proposing corrective actions through ERP/CRM tools. Track project costs and resource allocation to optimize productivity and control expenses across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Collaborate with production teams to gather progress updates, review technical documentation for accuracy, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Contribute to risk management by identifying potential supply chain or production issues early and developing mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, correspondence, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and future reference. Experience Proven experience in electronics manufacturing project coordination or related roles within the electronic components industry. Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM systems for scheduling, resource tracking, and documentation management. Solid understanding of BOM management, technical documentation, and contract administration in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience working with schematics, technical drawings, and electronic component documentation . Familiarity with manufacturing operations, quality standards, and supply chain protocols gained through direct production or coordination roles. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to deadlines. Excellent time management skills coupled with strong communication abilities to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams. Ability to interpret technical documents such as BOMs and schematics accurately for seamless project execution.
