Project Manager/ Service Manager

Are you experienced in the fire sprinkler industry and ready to take the next step in your career? We're a well-established fire sprinkler contractor seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Service Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project needs and service requirements Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for installations and service work Handle material ordering and ensure timely deliveries Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients and subcontractors Serve as a point of contact for client communication and support Assist in managing daily operations and service schedules Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

Fire sprinkler industry experience is

REQUIRED

Management or supervisory experience in a construction or service-based environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to read plans, understand NFPA codes, and write professional estimates Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Proficient in basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel); estimating software experience a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record
