• Collaborative leadership with a strong reputation in the local market What You'll Do Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project goals Develop and manage project budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements Provide clear, regular project updates to stakeholders and internal leadership Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain organization and transparency What We're Looking For Core Skills & Experience Construction and project management expertise Design and construction administration experience Owner's Representative or client‑facing project leadership experience Strong stakeholder and communication skills Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years of project management experience in construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience with both new construction and renovation projects Familiarity with Procore Experience managing K‑12 projects is a strong plus Work Environment Majority of time spent on site , working directly from a jobsite trailer Some office time at our location 10 minutes from the job site in Saratoga Springs, NY Stable, long‑term projects with a company known for quality and professionalism The Bottom Line This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants greater ownership, client interaction, and career advancement without the red tape of a large organization.
