The Project Manager - Owner's Representative is open due to growth and strong pipeline. Our client has supported Scarsdale, NY and Westchester County for decades - but also has a national presence. Job Description Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to address project needs. Review and approve project plans, designs, and budgets. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.
