Weekly Paycheck Job Description :
This individual will work closely with Engineering and Operations teams, attending daily meetings to help define and document scopes by reviewing inspection reports, analyzing damage photos, and building detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation using tools like Smartsheet and internal service request systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Attend daily meetings to help define and document scopes by reviewing inspection reports, analyzing damage photos, and building detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation. Support the full purchase order lifecycle, including submitting PO requests, tracking approvals, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely closure after invoice processing. Responsible for reviewing vendor invoices within a 14-day SLA, partnering with project managers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date financial tracking sheet. Provide ad-hoc operational support such as data clean-up efforts, building custom reports, and assisting with investigation-related tasks across multiple platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel). Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: HS Diploma/GED at minimum, Degree preferred Experience in operations support/project coordination/or administrative support within a technical or field environment Experience supporting wind, energy, construction or field service operations preferred Exposure to Scope of Work (SOW) creation or technical documentation is a plus Ability to work across multiple systems/tools (
Ex:
Smartsheet, Salesforce, Other internal proprietary programs) Advanced experience with Excel (reporting, tracking, data management) Experience managing Pos and/or financial tracking (invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.)

Pay Details:
