Job Description

Job Overview:
The UAS Coordinator is responsible to act as a support to the Assessor Supervisor and is responsible to coordinate everything needed within the department. The UAS Coordinator will also act as the main point of contact with Hamaspik Choice field nurses and outside vendors. This position reports to the Assessor Supervisor and falls within the Intake and Enrollment team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinates and schedules UAS assessments Audits assessments and follows up on any missing items Support Assessor Supervisor with whatever is needed Act as point of contact for all nurses, both from within Hamaspik Choice and contracted vendors Approves invoices from the nurses for payment Provides reporting and updates on assessment statuses Follows up on initial enrollments and potential enrollments to ensure we have all documentation needed, and services are in place in time for enrollment date.
Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:
High School Graduate Prior healthcare experience is a plus
