Job Description

Senior Project Manager, HR Systems Transformation at Phyton Talent Advisors Senior Project Manager, HR Systems Transformation at Phyton Talent Advisors in Sunnyside, New York Posted in 1 day ago.

Type:

full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, senior-level Scrum Master to lead a major enterprise initiative centralizing 4-5 core systems across a global organization. This program touches 80+ areas and groups, spanning funding, network, HR systems, privacy, modeling, and remittance functions. The team today operates as independent regional workstreams; this role exists to unify those workstreams, drive consistency, and instill program-wide discipline. HR is the primary stakeholder for this initiative. This is not a role for someone who waits to be directed. You will come in with a point of view, immediately establish structure, and hold a global set of stakeholders accountable to it. What You'll Do Bring together historically siloed regional workstreams and create a consistent operating rhythm across the program. Coordinate regional remits across a global organization, ensuring alignment between local execution and program-wide goals. Manage and coordinate the Steering Group(s) and approximately 5 working groups, including agendas, materials, and follow-through.

Own governance:

documentation, action items, dependencies, decisions, and overall program structure. Ensure JIRA is consistently updated, well-documented, and maintained as the single source of truth for program status. Take ownership of accountability across teams - proactively identify what's falling through the cracks and close the gap. Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including HR leadership, presenting status, risks, and decisions clearly and credibly. Apply Agile methodology and rigor to a large-scale enterprise implementation with many concurrent, interdependent workstreams. What We're Looking For Strong Program/Project Management and Scrum Master experience, ideally in a hybrid capacity. Proven experience on a large-scale enterprise or global system implementation, with an understanding of the complexity involved. Deep working expertise in JIRA and Agile methodologies. HR transformation or HR technology experience strongly relevant; exposure to systems such as SuccessFactors, ADP, and/or Qualtrics is a plus. Experience establishing governance frameworks, steering committees, and working groups from the ground up. Track record managing global and regional stakeholders, including at senior/executive levels. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - comfortable holding others accountable without being asked. Polished communication style; equally effective in a working session and in front of senior leadership.
