We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager in Syracuse, NY; Auburn, NY or Binghamton, NY who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. You'll be responsible for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges. You'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must to be successful at this role. Here's what you'll need Bachelor degree in Architecture, and Engineering discipline, or Construction Management 8 years' experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects Minimum 4 years' experience shall be in the role of Assistant Project Manager, responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million Experience must include a minimum of 3 projects with PLA in medium to large urban area Able to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or client/facility Knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationships Ability to be proactive and incorporate interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships Must work on-site five days a week in Syracuse, NY or Binghamton, NY

Posted Salary Range:

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $124,800.00 to $145,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
