Our client is currently seeking a Project Business Coordinator - III About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support small cell deployment and utility coordination efforts. This role involves managing project schedules, tracking applications, compiling reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of make-ready and meter installation activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines, compile status reports, and facilitate project meetings. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate engineering teams. Collaborate with external utility partners to track applications, forecast timelines, and drive completion of construction and installation tasks. Document project discussions, risk mitigation plans, and updates to planning documents. Compile and submit reporting deliverables using Client tools. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of small cell design and make-ready construction. Experience with application submission and tracking processes. Familiarity with utility and electrical provider workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
