About The Company:

Our client is a growing organization that provides specialized services within the construction and infrastructure sector. They are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to join a small, collaborative team and play an important role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and field personnel. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable adapting as priorities change.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to help ensure work stays on track. Coordinate information and activities across project managers, technical teams, field personnel, clients, and outside partners. Organize and maintain project files, reports, contracts, compliance documentation, and other records. Support purchasing activities and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and other resources. Track project updates and identify potential challenges that may impact schedules or deliverables. Help facilitate solutions to project issues and follow up with the appropriate parties to keep work progressing. Coordinate logistics for site visits, field activities, and project-related meetings. Assist with gathering and organizing information from field teams to support project documentation and planning. Provide general project management and administrative support as needed. Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role. Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, or other project-based environments preferred. Familiarity with contract administration, procurement, project documentation, compliance, logistics, and scheduling. Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, FieldPulse, or similar systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with both office and field-based teams. Bachelor's degree required. PMP certification is a plus.

Additional Details:

Overtime is available. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities may evolve beyond a traditional job description.
